Fun around town

Lexington

Lexington is a cute lakeside town with a variety of restaurants, galleries and local shops selling small town Michigan goods. There is a full service grocery store and pharmacy. Boat launch and boat rentals available on the marina.

There are big box stores, the Birchwood Mall, movie theaters, etc in Port Huron in case of a rainy day.

FAQ

Is the beach accessible?

Yes, there is 75ft of private beach accessible by a short set of wooden stairs. Bonfires okay on beach. Boats can be anchored in front of property.

How private is the property?

We have wonderful part-time and full-time neighbors. Please be kind and respectful. For large gatherings and private events there are plenty of options including wineries, state parks, indoor and outdoor event space in Lexington and Port Huron.

Are dogs allowed on the property?

As much as we love our four-legged friends, we do not allow pets on the property.

Is the house accessible?

There are 4 steps to get on to the front porch, one step from the front porch into the house and 8 to get up the back porch steps. There is a den on the first floor with a pull-out bed and a bathroom with a bathroom with a shower across the hall.

Where is the nearest boat launch?

The nearest boat launch is in Lexington, a short drive away.

Do you allow camping on the property?

We do not. There are many rentals in the area if you need additional accommodations.

How old do I need to be to rent the property?

You must be 25+ to rent our property.
